1. Acceptance of Terms. Ubik respects your right to privacy. The following provisions comprise Ubik’s current Privacy Statement. Ubik reserves the right to update this Privacy Statement from time to time without notice. The most current version of the Privacy Statement can be reviewed by clicking on the “Privacy Statement” hypertext link located at the bottom of Ubik’s web site (Ubik Site). By accessing and browsing this Ubik Site, you are agreeing to this Privacy Statement and Ubik’s Terms of Use without limitation.
2. Your Information. You can visit the Ubik Site without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. However, if you wish to utilize Ubik’s on line tools and mobilization and hosting services which are accessible under the Ubik Site (“Services”), you must provide us with certain information about yourself (“Your Information”). If you provide us with Your Information, you consent to the transfer and storage of Your Information on our servers.
3. Other Information Collected. If you access and browse this Ubik Site, Ubik will automatically collect and store standard data collected by all web server software such as:

All applicable payments for Services must be made through PayPal, or any other vendor designated by Ubik. Ubik will not sell or rent Your Information to any third party for marketing purposes, nor send unsolicited communications for marketing purposes. Ubik will store Your Information in a secure operating environment that is not available for public access, however, Ubik cannot guarantee complete security. Only Ubik employees, consultants or agents with a need to know in order to perform services on behalf of Ubik will have access to Your Information.
5. Right to Release Information. Ubik shall have the right to release information if required to do so by law or if Ubik, in good faith, believes that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to any subpoenas, court orders, law enforcement officers, or other legal entity or process. Ubik shall also have the right to release information in order to respond to any claims of infringement by the content posted on the Ubik Site, to enforce Ubik’s Terms of Use, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ubik, its users or the public.
